GYMNASTICS SESSIONS NOW AVAILABLE
EVERY WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
10:00 to 11:30 or 11:30 to 1:00
£5 per session or £8 for 2 sessions
SESSIONS ARE FOR BOYS & GIRLS AGED 5+
28th & 30th July, 4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th & 27th August
1st & 3rd September.
Preschool under 5 year olds sessions are being held on
4th August & 25th August 9:00 - 10:00
Entry level recreational classes are now available.
Mondays 4 - 5.30pm
Saturdays 9 - 11.00am Boys only class
New Adult Class
Wednesday nights 8.15 - 9.30pm Cost £4.50 per Session
Warm up, Cardiovascular Work, Conditioning.
