Display gymnastics is floor based with exciting choreographed routines that include gymnastic tumbles and skills as well as team balances which are performed as a group in front of an audience.
Display gymnasts develop a strong team ethic as they must work together to achieve beautifully choreographed routines and amazing balances that can range from two people supporting each other to a complicated balance that included the whole team.
Display gymnasts have an opportunity to perform at lots of different events such as local carnivals, local fundays, regional gymfusions, national gymfusions and international festivals.
The display classes are structured in groups which are relevant to both age and ability.
