Classes

A great way to get your child involved in gymnastics, teaching all the basics of the sport including rolling, climbing, jumping, swinging and balancing. It also teaches them hand eye co-ordination and the use of their fine motor skills.

Recreational classes are for children aged 4 and in full time school to aged 16 years. All recreational gymnasts take part in GFA (Gymnastics For All), which means trying all the different disciplines of gymnastics in one place. 

Our advanced development pathway is a brilliant way for keen, passionate gymnasts to train and show off their love for gymnastics. Advanced is all about fun, fitness and friendships, with all the groups set out in ages to provide the best possible support.

Men’s Artistic gymnastics is made up on 6 pieces of apparatus each requiring its own specific combination of strength, flexibility, co-ordination and Power.

A Women’s Artistic gymnast at EVGC trains between 2 and 5 days a week to develop their skills in much greater

Rhythmic gymnastics combines dance, flexibility and hand apparatus to create spellbinding routines.

Display gymnastics is floor based with choreographed routines and sequences which are performed as a group in front of an audience.

This is a session for children who are home schooled to do gymnastics as part of the curriculum.

An opportunity for little ones to have fun playing with their parents in the gym. It is the first step to gymnastics and for all under 5’s to use the equipment and get a feel for everything.
