By invitation only – Squad Trials run throughout the year for specific age groups and gymnasts are assessed in classes at the Long Eaton site.

Rhythmic gymnastics combines dance, flexibility and hand apparatus to create spellbinding routines.

Rhythmic gymnasts use five different hand apparatus to create different shapes, throws and exciting apparatus difficulties which all make the routines fantastic to watch.

The five hand apparatus are Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon. All routines are performed to music which lets you show off your apparatus handling, body skills and expression.

We offer different levels of Rhythmic gymnastics at EVGC as we know not everyone wants to compete and they just want to have fun and learn a new discipline.

Classes range from 1 hour to 4 hours per session and multiple sessions per week for more advanced level gymnasts.
