Pre-School

Pre-School Gymnastics is a great way to introduce your child to gymnastics and often develops into a love for the sport as they get older.  Preschool is the first step to all of the other gymnastic disciplines that we offer at EVGC.

EVGC offers classes for children aged 1 (walking) to 2 years and these sessions are based around games, exploring the gym and movement.

Our next preschool classes are for children aged 3-4 years and these sessions become more structured and introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics which include shapes, rolling, climbing, jumping, swinging and balancing.  It also promotes hand eye co-ordination and the use of fine motor skills.

All Pre-School sessions are coach led and our coaches work hard to make the sessions fun and engaging.  The coaches will set up different activities for the children alongside activities like singing nursery rhymes and dance activities.

Preschool gymnastics is a great way for your children to have lots of fun whilst making new friends.  Our aged 3-4 pre-schoolers work towards the Rise Discover British Gymnastics award scheme and parents have access to the RISE Portal so our coaches can update them on their child's progress on a regular basis.
