Double click on the classes heading and this will give you a description of all the classes we have but please note that some are by invitiation only. Click on .. read more on the relevant class to see the days and times of the classes.
If you would like to check availability for a particular class you should click on the join button. If the class is full you will see ‘waiting list’ in the class description. If this is your preferred class you should complete the registration process and we will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
All of our advanced and squad level gymnasts are by invitation only. We do hold regular trials throughout the year which will be on our social media pages but if you would like to speak to us about a place, then please send an email initially to email@example.com and we will arrange for the relevant discipline head to make contact with you.
If you select the join option from the website, this takes you to our registration page where you can see if a class is full as it shows ‘waiting list’ in the class description. You simply need to select the class type before the list of classes appear for that age range.
If you are interested in a class that is currently a waiting list class, please complete the registration process and we will contact you as soon as a place becomes available.
If you preferred class has availability, simply complete the process and we will check and approve your place within 48 hours. You will receive a welcome pack upon registration which will give you lots of information about EVGC and then we will follow this up with class confirmation and approval of your space.
This price covers you for one session per week. To do more than 1 session per week your monthly invoice will increase by another £20 (Pre-School) / £26 (Recreational).
Your child will train in bare feet and we ask that they wear something suitable such as shorts/leggings/joggers and t-shirt. No hoodies or clothing that could get caught on equipment should be worn. T-shirts should be close fitting as they may be working upside down! No jewellery and long hair tied back. Your child will also need to keep hydrated during their session, so we ask that they bring a drink with them, preferably in a sports top bottle.
Yes! We run throughout the school holidays.
Erewash Valley Gymnastics Club is a British Gymnastics registered club then BG is required. This membership includes individual insurance should the gymnast have an accident whilst training at a registered club.
We are due to re-open our adult and open gym sessions by October 2020. Previously there was no requirement to register for these sessions but due to having to restrict numbers so that social distancing can be observed you will need to register in advance.

The way our fee structure works you pay for 4 weeks every month which equates to 48 weeks of the year therefore this gives us scope to cancel up to 4 sessions in one calendar year. Anything over this you are compensated. For more information please contact us.
Yes, you need to give 4 weeks notice. You need to complete the ‘Notification of Gymnast leaving’ form on your love admin profile which you can find under payment and optional extras.
